Quote Check. As a founding homeowner, you can upload any contractor quote and we benchmark the equipment, scope, and brand against real supplier pricing. You get a second opinion before you sign.
Home Equipment Passport. By taking a photo of all the major equipment in your home, our AI builds a permanent inventory with install date, expected life, and current replacement cost, creating custom maintenance plans and proper diagnoses when something is broken.
Verification. Ability to verify any contractor you might know or hire outside of Plumb. Our database runs a scan for their license, insurance and permit history from real records.
